Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised the design phase for this project is anticipated to complete in May 2028. Please note, forecasted completion dates may be subject to change based on various factors, including system/cost pressures, necessary approvals, etc. There are key stage dates where accuracy of an estimate is enhanced, these are generally at business case decision, at the end of each design phase and main contract award.
