79032 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: In response to Reply 76996 (2024), what, if anything, is considered by the Authorisation Board to be a 'satisfactory level of consultation'?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Charter School Agency that a satisfactory level of consultation was determined by the level of thorough and balanced answers presented in the application documents. Applicants demonstrated how they had considered their community and student demographic, both in the risks identified and the support that existed for the school.
