78973 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Does the required reporting, if any, with The School Lunch Collective include end of term surveys and incident reports; if not, why not?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that each term required reporting includes a range of focus areas, including service delivery, reliability, performance and feedback. Both qualitative and quantitative measures will be used to capture necessary compliance, feedback, risks, issue and performance information. This may include surveys, where appropriate. Incident reporting continues to be required as they occur.
