Hon Andrew Hoggard: The infected farm is under a Restricted Place Notice to restrict movement of risk goods, including poultry, manure, equipment and vehicles on and off the property. Persons working on the infected property must wear the appropriate personal protective equipment and follow the instructions of the farm manager or Authorised Persons to ensure they do not remove contaminated material off the property.
