78888 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Land Information: What information regarding conflicts of interest is explicitly requested or expected to be declared as part of the appointment process for Crown boards within ministries, departments, and agencies for which the Minister is responsible?
Hon Chris Penk: As Minister for Land Information, I appoint members to the following Boards: the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa, the Valuers Registration Board, and the Chair of the Orton Bradley Park Board.
Any possible conflicts of interest and proposed mechanisms for managing these are expected to be disclosed and provided as part of the application process.
