Hon Chris Bishop: Tamaki Regeneration Company appointment processes have not changed. The process for appointing individuals to Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities has varied over time. I am advised that the previous Government would sometimes appoint board members without any contestable process. Sometimes candidates would be sought through a publicly-notified process, with shortlisted candidates being interviewed.
