Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for ACC: Since November 2023, in how many instances has a conflict of interest resulted in a candidate being declined for a Crown board appointment in a ministry, department or agency for which the Minister is responsible, and if this information is withheld, on what grounds is it being withheld?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that The Treasury. which provides advice on appointments to the ACC board, does not measure these instances in the appointment process and does not record this information.
