78772 (2024). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 11 December 2024, 11,820 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue were answered and 9,898 web messages relating to FamilyBoost were received.
