78713 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: Further to response 75700(2024). Can the Minister confirm the Creative Arts and Cultural Wellbeing Prison Initiative, or any other similarly now named initiative, will continue to operate in prisons in 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the Creative Arts and Cultural Wellbeing Prison Initiative was funded through a Ministry for Culture and Heritage Grant until 30 June 2025, with one contract within this initiative funded until 28 February 2025. I am further advised the Creative Arts and Cultural Wellbeing Prison Initiative, will continue to operate until the respective contract end dates.
