78710 (2024). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for ACC: What clinical advice, if any, has the ACC undertaken regarding the possibility of Physiotherapists being able to certify work capacity for patients under ACC?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that as the Minister for ACC, I receive a large amount of correspondence, including many requests to meet with stakeholders. I do not believe it is a good use of resource or in the public interest to search over 12 months of communications. I am further advised that my Ministerial diary is proactively released on the Beehive website. Any future meetings will be available as part of this release. I am advised that titles of all advice that I have received have been, or will be, proactively released on the MBIE and ACC websites.
