78539 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 25 November 2024, by title and date?
Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio.
I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery between 25-29 November 2024:
• Common operating picture funding options, 27 November 2024
• Meeting with NZ Red Cross, 28 November 2024
• Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, 29 November 2024
• Hawke’s Bay Voluntary Buyout Office letters of appreciation, 29 November 2024.
I received one document on 25 November 2024. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document.
In addition, jointly with the Prime Minister I have received the following document:
• North Island Weather Events (NIWE): Monthly Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects, 29 November 2024.
In addition, I received the following document from officials in DPMC:
• 2023/24 Final DPMC and NEMA Annual Review Responses.
