Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took the following papers to Cabinet: 25 November 2024 – Extradition Act 1999: Declaring the Federal Republic of Germany an Exempted Country 25 November 2024 - Government Responses to the Petitions Relating to the Clean Slate Act and Stalking 25 November 2024 - Response to Committee against Torture Recommendations I took 3 further items to Cabinet, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
