Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the three months to 2 December 2024 to Work with unions to grow leaders that engage and support participation of workers in how their work is designed and can be improved, as outlined in Te Whatu Ora's health workforce plan?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: The Health Workforce Plan 2023/24 concluded on 30 June 2024. I am advised that Health New Zealand is currently finalising the next iteration of the Plan, which is due to be published by the end of 2024 and will confirm future priority workforce actions.
