77203 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made as at 2 December 2024 on the action ‘Develop opt-off strategy’ under ‘Goal 4: Looking to the workforce of the future‘ within the BreastScreen Aotearoa Workforce Development Strategy 2022 – 2032?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Health New Zealand has continued to develop the opt-off strategy. Implementation of this strategy is reliant upon the delivery of the ICT replacement system which is expected to begin roll out in 2025.
