Hon Paul Goldsmith: No, there was no direction to delay work on updating investigatory tools in order to meet the Government’s commitment to introduce the Gangs Legislation Amendment Bill. There are several investigatory tools workstreams, some of which have been prioritised including the Budapest Convention and Related Matters Amendment Bill.
