77094 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Immigration: What appointments, if any, has she made or recommended in her capacity as Minister of Immigration?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have not made any appointments. Regarding the tribunals relevant to my portfolio, namely the Immigration and Protection Tribunal and the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal, members are appointed by the Governor-General on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, who consults with the Minister of Immigration.
