77070 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What appointments, if any, has he made or recommended in his capacity as Minister for RMA Reform?

Hon Chris Bishop: I recommended to Cabinet the appointment of a five-member Advisory Group to review applications for inclusion in Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill and to make recommendations on which projects were suitable for inclusion. Cabinet recommended the appointment of a sixth member and the appointed Advisory Group comprises six members.
