77043 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Health: If Pharmac staff wanted to attend the Parliament Hikoi on 19 November 2024 on their lunch hour, would they have had to use TOIL or Annual Leave?
Hon David Seymour: I am advised that staff were not required to use TOIL or Annual Leave to attend the hikoi on their lunch break. However, it is Pharmac’s expectation that all staff adhere to the Public Service Commission’s guidance on managing potential political interests outside of work.
