76931 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How many roles, if any, were created in the Minister's departments, if any, since 1 November 2024, and what were these roles, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised 17 positions were established in the Ministry of Justice as part of a change process that became effective on 7 November 2024. 12 roles were disestablished, resulting in a net increase of 5 roles. I refer the Member to Table 1, attached.
