76927 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister's departments, if any, between November 2022 and November 2023?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been advised by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) that between November 2022 and November 2023 there were no individuals employed in graduate broad-based roles. LINZ implemented the use of broad-based roles during this period. Broad-based roles are designed around a common purpose, with shared accountabilities and capabilities for the people working in that broad-based role.
