76885 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: How many roles, if any, were created in the Minister's departments, if any, since 1 November 2024, and what were these roles, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Ministry of Defence has created three new fixed term roles in this period to deliver on defence major capability projects: Technical Business Analyst; Capability Integration Lead; and Project Lead. The New Zealand Defence Force created nine new positions in this period: Instructor Imagery Intelligence Analysis; RNZAF Maintenance Training Organisation Project Staff officer; RNZAF Maintenance Training Organisation Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Developer; Capability Integration Lead; Log Data Remediation Manager; Logistics Management Information System Requirements Manager; Principal Advisor Science Partnering; Principal Maintenance Engineer; Project and Trials Coordinator.
