Hon Brooke van Velden: "During the week beginning 14 October 2024, I received one MBIE briefing "Draft Cabinet papers for Ministerial consultation - simplifying personal grievances". Its title was not proactively released as Cabinet had not made a decision at that time. In the new year MBIE's website will be updated with the titles of those documents that have been previously withheld. I am advised that titles of all formal advice received by me or my Office from WorkSafe New Zealand for the week beginning 14 October 2024 were proactively published by WorkSafe. Informal advice or advice of an administrative nature is not included in the list of titles published.
