76834 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister's departments, if any, between November 2022 and November 2023?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Tertiary Education Commission had five graduate positions (three permanent and two fixed term) between November 2022 and November 2023. One graduate on a fixed term was recruited to a summer internship position. I have been advised that the New Zealand Qualification's Authority did not have any graduate positions between November 2022 and November 2023. For the Ministry of Education, I refer the member to the Minister of Education’s response to written parliamentary question 76886 (2024). I am advised by Education New Zealand that it had no graduate positions between November 2022 and November 2023.
