Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that, as part of working through these proposed changes, Health New Zealand is reviewing service and support levels. Industry standard approaches are being applied to categorise and triage systems, based on criticality (primarily clinical). This will assist in the prioritisation of resources and effort.
