76798 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: How many regulatory impact statements brought by the Minister to Cabinet, if any, have met the required standards for regulatory impact statements?

Hon David Seymour: I have brought one interim Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) to Cabinet. This RIS, which did not recommend my preferred option, received a ‘partially meets’ rating. This is also my response to question 76799 (2024).
