76797 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding a Regulatory Standards Board, listed by title and date?

Hon David Seymour: As the Member is aware, establishment of a Regulatory Standards Board is part of the proposed Regulatory Standards Bill which the Ministry for Regulation is currently out for public consultation. I have received a number of briefings providing advice on the Regulatory Standards Bill. Officials advise the Ministry for Regulation is currently assessing which of these briefings is appropriate for proactive release and will be publishing these on its website soon.
