76767 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 72715 (2024) what Oranga Tamariki roles and/or teams, if any, are responsible for Oranga Tamariki's Treaty of Waitangi response as of 1 October 2024?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the Treaty of Waitangi response is the responsibility of all staff within the Ministry. In relation to specific functions such as the provision of information to support Waitangi Tribunal kaupapa inquiries, this is the responsibility of the External Monitoring and Reviews team.
