76664 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Were any members of the Ministerial Advisory Group on Victims of Retail Crime suggested to him for appointment by another Minister, if so, by which Minister?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The process for appointing the members of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Victims of Retail Crime was through a targeted expression of interest process. I am advised the Ministry also received applications from interested members of the community.
