Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 18 November 2024 – Briefing: Te Au Reka (Caseflow Management) briefing • 19 November 2024 – Briefing: Approach to the triennial review of the legal aid scheme I have received two further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
