Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I took three papers to Cabinet Committees during the week beginning 18 November 2024: 19/11/24 - APH - Appointment of a board of inquiry to consider Te Awamutu waste-to-energy proposal of national significance 20/11/24 - ECO - Synthetic Refrigerants: Proposed Product Stewardship Regulations. 21/11/24 - LEG - Government Response to the Environment Committee’s Report on the Petition of Lydia Chai: Ban Plastic Waste Exports to Developing Countries.
