In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from 18-22 November 2024 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • Designation of Hizbollah and the Houthi as terrorist entities, 20 November 2024 • Terrorist Designations: Renewal of Al-Shabaab and PKK, and expiration of ETA, as terrorist entities, 20 November 2024 • National Risk and Resilience Cabinet Paper, 21 November 2024 • Prime Minister’s weekly brief, 22 November 2024 • Your Cabinet paper on Monday 25 November – Governor-General (Allowance) Order (No 2) 2024, 22 November 2024 • Proposed Cabinet and Cabinet Committee Meeting Timetable for 2025, 22 November 2024 • Ministerial Consultation on Government Targets, 22 November 2024. I also received two documents within the specified timeframe however, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, jointly with the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I have received the following document: • Cyclone Recovery Weekly Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, and Sediment Removal, 20 November 2024. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
