75836 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter July to September 2024 to improve development and retention intitiatives across nursing careers?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Health New Zealand continues work to improve retention and career development for nurses by responding to key themes from staff surveys; ongoing work on a Flexible Work Policy, and maintaining working relationships with unions, councils, and tertiary education providers.
