Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 toward implementing the recommendation ‘Establish multiple points of contact for large providers, such as public hospitals, to improve information dissemination and minimise the risk of critical information not being communicated in a timely manner’ under ‘Recommendations for HealthCERT’ in the ‘Ngā Paerewa Implementation Evaluation’ independent report?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that no progress was made toward this recommendation in the quarter July to September 2024, however it has been noted as a project to explore and will need to be prioritised in line with other HealthCERT work.
