75747 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: What is the breakdown, if any, of the $4 per learner, per lunch, provision for internal/iwi/hāpu lunch providers for Ka Ora Ka Ako?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that approximately half of the $4 is food and ingredients costs (which includes delivery costs) and half is allocated to labour.
