75737 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What, if anything, is Oranga Tamariki doing to address record-keeping issues until the upgrade to CYRAS is complete in 2030?

Hon Karen Chhour: I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 75736 (2024). I am further advised by Oranga Tamariki that teams continue to work closely to issue specific recordkeeping guidance and to mitigate issues as they are identified. This will ensure both Public Records Act requirements and practice guidance is aligned.
