Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that during the residence stage, each young person received individualised assessments of their needs, which have informed their transition to community plans. While in the community stage, the young people are supported by Oranga Tamariki social workers, case leaders and intensive mentors. These professionals are responsible for ensuring plans are followed, including any planned activities.
