75625 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills: What courses, if any, have been undergoing consultation with students or staff at Otago Polytechnic at any time between 4 November 2024 and 20 November 2024?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Te Pūkenga is currently undertaking substantial work to improve the financial viability of its former institute of technology and polytechnic (ITP) business divisions. As part of this work, each business division’s course offering is being reviewed. I am aware some business divisions have already begun consulting on programme changes. However, this is an operational matter and the responsibility of Te Pūkenga. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 75626, 75627, 75628, 75629, 75630, 75631, 75632, 75634, 75635, 75636, 75637, 75638 and 75639.
