75579 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: What is the greatest number of consecutive days that a remand prisoner has spent in a police cell in the last twelve months?
Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the greatest number of consecutive days that a remand prisoner has spent in a police cell without having their custody transferred either to the courts or corrections in the last 12 months is seven days.
