75578 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Housing: How much money was projected to be spent on the Kendal Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch Kāinga Ora development as at 13 October 2023, and how much money (if any) has already been spent on this project as at 18 November 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities that as at 31 October 2024, $325,851 was spent on the Kendal Avenue project in Christchurch and the project budget was $6,732,786.
