Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities that there are two social housing projects on Warden Street in Christchurch. As at 31 October 2024, $81,276 had been spent on the first project and the project budget was $943,862. I refer the Member to WPQ 69715 (2024) for information regarding the spend for the second project on Warden Street. As at 31 October 2023, the budget for this project was $1,908,264.
