Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: Will submissions on the proposed Regulatory Standards Bill that include commentary on the Ministry for Regulation be excluded from the consultation and not counted in the post-submissions analysis, given 'that feedback is not being sought on the Ministry for Regulation or its functions'?

Hon David Seymour: Any feedback relevant to the proposal being consulted on will be considered, as is usual with public consultation processes.
