Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised Te Puna Aonui staff received guidance that explained and reminded them of various considerations, in particular: • all staff have the right to freedom of speech and political activity in their private lives • those who want to attend the hīkoi should use their lunch break or take annual leave or leave without pay • everyone must remain politically neutral and avoid doing anything in a personal capacity that could be seen as representing Te Puna Aonui
