75533 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What guidance, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, given staff regarding attendance at Hikoi mō te Tiriti on 19 November 2024?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that messaging was posted by Police on their intranet titled Conflict of Interest which contained a link to the Public Service Commissions Political neutrality advice. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), The SFO did not provide any guidance to staff regarding attendance at Hikoi mō te Tiriti.
