75532 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What guidance, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, given staff regarding attendance at Hikoi mō te Tiriti on 19 November 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples that staff attending the Hikoi were reminded to balance between their political rights with maintaining neutrality in their roles. Staff were also encouraged to review the guidance on political neutrality from Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission.
