75421 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: What guidance, if any, has the Minister's departments, if any, given staff regarding attendance at Hikoi mō te Tiriti on 19 November 2024?

Hon Judith Collins: The Ministry of Defence circulated to staff the Public Service Commission’s Political Neutrality – personal political activity. The New Zealand Defence Force circulated guidance to the Services and Portfolios reiterating political neutrality and that attendees were not to wear uniform or branded clothing, and not to use NZDF vehicles or other resources.
