75288 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What consultations on job reviews, if any, were made in the Minister's departments, if any, since 1 November 2024, and when will any final decisions on any job reviews be made?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that since 1 November 2024 there have not been any consultations on job reviews. There were however two active job review processes underway at this date. One process related to merging the Integrated Case Manager and Intensive Case Manager position descriptions. No positions were disestablished as part of this review. The second process is a review of the Connector and Tūhono Connector position which transferred from Whaikaha to the new Disability Support Services business group in the Ministry. No positions are proposed to be disestablished as part of this review.
