75287 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How many roles, if any, were decided on to be cut in the Minister's departments, if any, since 1 November 2024, and what were these roles, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 71131(2024). In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), between 1 and 19 November 2024 the SFO has not made any decisions to cut roles. The SFO concluded phase three of an Organisational Effectiveness and Efficiency Review on 1 October 2024, which confirmed decisions to reallocate and align responsibilities for some roles, disestablish 12 roles (5 of which were vacant), and create seven new roles.
