75202 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: What directives, if any, has the Minister given the Ministry of Education on the National Education and Learning Priorities (NELP)’s five objectives?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have not given the Ministry of Education any directives on the NELP’s five priorities. As approved by Cabinet on 26 August 2024, I recently sought public feedback on a proposal to remove the NELP from the Education and Training Act 2020.
