75200 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills: What consultations on job reviews, if any, were made in the Minister's departments, if any, since 1 November 2024, and when will any final decisions on any job reviews be made?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Job reviews made since 1 November 2024 in my Tertiary Education and Skills portfolio listed by agency is listed below: There has been no consultation on job reviews at the Tertiary Education Commission or New Zealand Qualifications Authority since 1 November 2024. In relation to the Ministry of Education, I refer the Member to Minister of Education's response to written parliamentary question 75234 (2024). I am advised that Education New Zealand (ENZ) shared a proposal for change with staff on 13 November 2024. Consultation on the proposal closes 27 November 2024. A decision on ENZ’s structure is proposed to be announced on 10 December 2024.
