75152 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: What options, if any, is he considering for growing third-party revenue to fund the Department of Conservation?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have been presented with a range of options for increasing conservation revenue. For example, trialling car park charging and regularly reviewing hut and campsite fees. These, and other options, are outlined in my Revenue Action Plan for conservation. The Action Plan and the advice that led to it will be proactively released on the Department of Conservation’s website.
